NOUN matriculates 16,000 new students

The National Open University of Nigeria on Saturday matriculated no fewer than 16,000 new students into its study centres across the country.  Speaking at the virtual matriculation, the Vice-Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Olufemi Peters, challenged the new students to demonstrate at all times to the society that NOUN offers quality education delivered with equality
