Manufacturing sector growth dropped by 24.7% in 2022 – Report

Manufacturing growth in 2022 slowed by 24.7 per cent to 6.93 per cent, compared to 31.66 per cent in 2021, a new report by the National Bureau of Statistics has shown. The nominal Gross Domestic Product of the manufacturing sector in the last quarter of fell by 16.6 per cent from 25.52 recorded in 2021
