‘Eastern ports abandoned due to poor facilities’

The Nigerian Indigenous Shipowners Association has attributed the abandonment of eastern ports by its members to poor facilities. The President of NISA, Mr Sola Adewumi, in a chat with the PUNCH in Lagos recently, said shipowners would only take their vessels to ports that have the needed facilities.
